No veto ruling

On 17th May 2017, the Times reported an important ruling by the ECJ which suggests that none of the 27 remaining members will have a veto on the Brexit deal. The decision related to a trade deal with Singapore, but, logically, it should apply to all trade deals.

This would mean, for example that Spain cannot delay any agreement in an effort to get an angle on Gibraltar.
